Storage and controls

Cookie policy

This page explains Google Analytics cookies, browser storage used for preferences, PWA caching and the consent work required before advertising is enabled.

Last updated:

Current use of cookies

TextGenerator. In does not require an account and does not create an application login or session cookie. The Google Analytics tag may set first-party measurement cookies, including cookies whose names begin with “_ga”, depending on browser controls, consent configuration and applicable law.

The hosting provider may still use essential infrastructure or security mechanisms outside the application code. These mechanisms support delivery, availability and abuse prevention rather than advertising personalisation.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics measurement ID G-7B7S58Z5S7 is installed across the site. Analytics helps measure visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, broad device and browser information, approximate location and interaction patterns. We use these reports to improve reliability, navigation and content.

Analytics cookies and identifiers distinguish browsers and sessions rather than storing the creative text shown in the generator. Google Analytics receives the page address and technical measurement data when the tag runs. Google describes its processing and available controls in the resources below.

Local storage

Local storage is browser-based storage that is separate from traditional cookies. TextGenerator. In uses it to remember choices such as theme, preview colour and size, favourite and recent styles, collections and local daily-use counters.

These values help the interface remember your choices. They are not required to type and convert text, and you can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.

PWA and cache storage

The progressive web app service worker can save pages and static files in browser cache storage for speed and limited offline behaviour. Cache storage is not an advertising cookie. You can clear it in browser site settings or by uninstalling the web app.

If advertising is enabled later

Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising. The privacy disclosures on this site must describe the technologies actually enabled at that time.

Before serving personalised ads to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the site owner must configure a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Consent controls must allow eligible visitors to make and later change their choices.

Managing browser data

  • Use browser site settings to view or clear cookies, local storage and cache storage for TextGenerator.In.
  • Use private browsing if you do not want preferences retained after the session, subject to browser behaviour.
  • Where an on-page consent control is shown, use it to review or change the choices it covers.
  • Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or compatible browser privacy tools if you want to limit Analytics in a supported browser.
